Emeritus Professor (Dr) Gary Goh is the Director and Founder of the Institute of Mindfulness.  

An experienced facilitator in People Management and Leadership skills, Emeritus Professor (Dr) Gary Goh specialises in providing programs to increase emotional well-being in the workplace and in everyday life.  Gary provides consultancy services to organisations of all sizes, helping them to unlock discretionary effort and gain higher levels of engagement, motivation and productivity from their staff, and improve employee retention rates.

Gary’s love of learning and genuine desire to teach people to understand the concepts of how to live a happy and successful life, both at work and at home is what his business is all about. This, coupled with his excellent qualifications and broad experience, makes him uniquely equipped to engage management people, staff teams and create results that change how organisations function. His Mindfulness workshops are designed to empower all participants with effective and scientifically-proven methods and strategies to achieve optimal day-to-day functioning.
