Research shows that engaged employees are more productive. They are more profitable, more customer-focused, happier, and more likely to withstand temptations to leave. Employees perform better when they are happily engaged in what they do.

About the Program

Happiness@Work is a one day workshop, designed for employees, to teach techniques and exercises for finding happiness in the daily requirements of their jobs and create a corporate culture of happiness. In this workshop, participants will learn about the art of achieving their potential at work, ways to support their resilience and how to manage their own career, engagement and performance at work.

In this workshop, participants will:
  • Identify the areas that are supporting them well in their Happiness at Work and the areas where there is opportunity to improve;
  • Explore ways they can take responsibility for their career and Happiness at Work;
  • Discover what ‘Happiness@ Work’ is and how it relates to overall happiness in life;
  • Identify the impact of happiness on their productivity and performance;
  • Explore what they can do to take ownership of their happiness and how to raise their own performance as a result; and
  • Discover strategies that can be applied to manage their happiness and create the opportunity to achieve their potential.
